Terms & Conditions

1. The applicant must agree to abide by all rules, as changed from time to time by the Organisers.

2. The applicant should be of minimum 5'2" height between 18 - 48 years of age as on 31st July 2025. The applicant will be required to provide their age proof (Passport, Birth Certificate, Academic certificate, driving license, Aadhar/Voter Card etc).

3. The applicant should be a Bonafide Indian citizen/ Foreigner citizen, holding a valid passport and should be a resident of India as per the applicable laws of India or a non-resident Indian (NRI) or Overseas Citizenship of India (OCI).

4. The applicant should be a natural born female.

5. The applicant uses the prefix 'Miss'/ Mrs. before her name

6. The applicant's immediate family should not be related to any person employed in Panache Fashion Federation or any other company of the Media Federation of India, contest sponsors, and their sub - contractors, or any of the judges as informed to the applicant at any stage. In case of such a relation, the applicant must disclose the same immediately.

7. The applicant should not be under any commercial contract with any modelling agency at the time of appearing for the auditions.

8. The applicant once shortlisted for the final round cannot be a part of any other commercial contract or pageant for a period of one year.

9. The Organisers are not responsible for any delays or non-receipt of applications on any account and for any reason whatsoever.

10. The qualifying / regional and final round expenses (travel, food & stay) will have to be borne by the participant though arrangements for the same will be made by the organisers for final round at Bhopal only.

11. Arrangements can also be made for any one family member accompanying the contestants (with prior registration notice only) for final auditions at Bhopal separately, expenses of which will have to be borne by them.

12. The applicant should not have been qualified for or taken part in any contest as a representative of any country other than India.

13.The applicant will have to participate in a disciplined and diligent manner throughout as per schedule given. Any kind of non-disciplined activity of the contestants (or their kin) will not be bearable and will result into immediate disqualification.

14. In case of disqualification at any level, the audition and registration fees will not be refunded.

15. The Organisers are not responsible for any loss or physical injury that occur to the applicant on account of their participation in the event. The applicant will participate at her own risk and can have no claim against Panache Fashion Federation or Media Federation of India & any other company in any regard.

16. Incorrect information will result in disqualification, whether discovered prior to, during or after participation.

17. In case of non-occurrence of any regional / city auditions, the contestants will be notified about the same and they will be free to appear for the auditions at any other location.

18. Only persons of good health, sound mind and having no medical history of any mental illness and having a good moral character can participate.

19. The applicant does not have any cases (criminal or civil) registered against her.

20 Only the applicant will be allowed inside the designated venue of the preliminaries.

21. The schedule of events and qualification rounds are subject to change at the decision of the Organiser.

22. The Organisers are not responsible for non-completion / non-occurrence of the event. Registration fee is not refundable at any circumstances.

23. In the case of any dispute, the Organisers decisions are final and binding on the applicant.

24. The Organisers are not responsible if the sponsors do not abide by their promise regarding prizes or any rewards to be awarded by them.
25. The decision of the judges is final in all cases.
26. The courts of Delhi have the jurisdiction over all disputes.
